BAL:N reinterprets MEDI.SOLA's nutritional philosophy for the United States. Built on the principles of the Mediterranean diet with balance as its core value, it is designed so anyone can choose a balanced everyday meal easily, without the burden of complicated nutritional information or arithmetic. Carbohydrate to protein to fat at 4:2:4, omega-3 to omega-6 at 1:4 or tighter, about 20 g of protein a meal.

완반 (完飯), meaning a complete meal, is a space built on 38 years of clinical nutrition know-how gathered in university hospitals. A premium meal for just 100 minutes a day, where menu, calories and rice are all chosen by the diner.
